You can call and speak with qualified lawyers on any potential legal issue, personal or professional. The Legal Advice Helpline is available from 8:00am to midnight, 7 days a week. In an emergency situation, your call will be answered and an advice lawyer will be made available 24/7.

- Have your policy number ready By having this information ready, we will be able to quickly confirm you are a policyholder.
- Call the helpline You will first speak with a customer service agent, who will ask basic questions to ensure you receive general advice from a lawyer in the area of law you need. You will either speak directly to a lawyer or schedule the most convenient time for a lawyer to call you back.
- Speak with a lawyer Our lawyers are knowledgeable and courteous. They will provide you with information and clearly defined next steps. There is no limit to the duration or number of calls. We encourage you to call whenever you have a legal concern to help minimize the risk of future complications.
