Professional Liability Insurance

The premium for the July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024 policy term is $197 for $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

It is a necessity for all licensees of the CICC-CCIC to purchase Professional Liability Insurance so as to remain in good standing. This policy will cover individual licensees as well as clerical staff, but not your company. An exception to this is a personal who is registered as a “personal corporation” or “limited entity” – they may have their coverage extended.

This insurance is mandatory for CICC and must be purchased in order to confirm compliance with the licence requirements.

It is a requirement of the CICC-CCIC that all licensees in good standing purchase Professional Liability Insurance.

However, this insurance policy does not cover your company.
